Metrics Baseline Workshop
A one- or two-day workshop to establish a baseline for application KPIs before a major release, migration, or organisational change.
Before a platform migration, a new release train, or a restructure of application ownership, teams need a shared baseline. The Metrics Baseline Workshop gathers the people who will live with the numbers and locks starting values for cycle time, defect escape, adoption, and any other measures you nominate.
Participants leave with a dated baseline sheet, agreed collection windows, and a short list of follow-up actions. The format suits groups of six to twelve people; larger groups are split across sessions.
