Cookies policy
What cookies are, which ones this site uses, and how you can manage them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember preferences, or understand how pages are used.
How we use cookies
Service Lagoon Field uses essential cookies required for basic site operation and optional analytics cookies that help us understand aggregate traffic. Analytics cookies are set only if you choose Accept on the consent banner. Rejecting analytics cookies does not block access to pages, forms, or content.
Cookies table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| service-lagoonfield-cookie-consent | Stores your Accept or Reject choice for cookie preferences | 1 year (localStorage) | Service Lagoon Field |
| sl_session | Essential session integrity for form submission flow on supporting hosts | Session | Service Lagoon Field |
| _ga / _ga_* | Optional analytics — distinguish visits and measure page use when consent is given | Up to 2 years | Google Analytics (if enabled) |
Managing or disabling cookies
Use Accept or Reject on our banner when it appears. You can clear site data in your browser to reset the preference and see the banner again. Browser settings also let you block cookies entirely; blocking essential storage may affect preference memory but will not remove public pages.
Third-party cookies
If analytics is enabled after consent, third-party providers may set cookies under their own policies. Fonts loaded from Google Fonts may involve network requests; we do not use them to identify you for advertising.
Impact of disabling
Rejecting analytics cookies means we will not use optional analytics identifiers. Essential preference storage may still be used locally so we remember your choice. Site content and the enquiry form remain available.
