Time-box definition disputes
If a KPI definition is contested, capture the dispute and schedule a separate definition clinic. Do not let a single ambiguous measure consume the quarter’s review.
Leave with three actions maximum
More than three actions usually means the room avoided prioritisation. Assign owners and due dates in the last fifteen minutes while attention remains.
